A commission equal to three percent (3%) of the bid price will be paid to any properly licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker whose prospect is the winning bidder and closes on the property.
The Broker or his/her agent must show the property and register at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing.
The transaction must close. The commission/referral will be payable only at closing and will be disbursed by the escrow agent.
The Broker will be representing the buyer/bidder (client) listed below as his or her agent. The Broker is not a sub-agent of Burns & Associates, Inc. and represents his or her client (buyer/bidder) as a buyer’s agent.
