A commission equal to two percent (2%) of the bid price not including buyer premium will be paid to any properly licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker whose prospect is the winning bidder and closes on the property.
The Broker or his/her agent must show the property and register at least 24 hours prior to the auction closing.
The transaction must close. The commission/referral will be payable only at closing and will be disbursed by the escrow agent.
The Broker will be representing the buyer/bidder (client) listed below as his or her agent. The Broker is not a sub-agent of Burns & Associates, Inc. and represents his or her client (buyer/bidder) as a buyer’s agent.
